For Tyrian only skills, take your character over to Tyria and buy/quest for them there.

Go to Lions Arch, get run to Droks, do the 3 missions in the southern Shiverpeaks and Viola!!. Ember Light Camp .... FTW

BTW, it is much less time consuming to buy/cap your Tyrian skills than it is to quest forward from LA. I am not sure if Canthan's can ascend in the desert to cap in Dragon's Lair.

Last time I checked, all of the skill trainers in the game are the same as the good ol' skill trainer in Ember Light Camp. So... no need to travel there. If you're just looking for non elite skills, Sergio in L.A. can hook you up with anything you need.

The only way the other skill trainers are similar to Ember Light Camp is if you have already unlocked that skill. Otherwise, they won't have them.

So you have two options.

A) Get run (I hate running...) to Droks, yadda, yadda yadda, ember light camp.

B) Have a character who already is in Ember Light Camp switch his secondary to whatever you want the skills for. Buy said skills at Ember Light and they will be unlocked for your account.
